Every Sunday the Lululemon shops in Manhattan offer FREE yoga classes to the public which take place inside their stores before the stores open. Lululemon calls it Sun (day) Salutations. For the entire month of June, the Lululemon store located on 3rd Ave and 66th Street is hosting Ki-Power Vinyasa classes only. My teacher, Isauro Fernandez whom created and founded Ki-Power Vinyasa, is having my fellow Certified Ki-Power teacher Andi Matthews, and I kick-start this month-long series.
