This class was part of a 6-week series based on author Baron Baptiste’s “40 Days to Personal Revolution: A Breakthrough Program to Radically Change Your Body and Awaken the Sacred Within Your Soul.” The theme is “Vitality,” and the class is based on the Law of Transformation “Step Out of Your Comfort Zone.” High Street Yoga is a Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga studio featuring a full schedule of hot yoga classes in downtown Westerly, Rhode Island.
